Muitos me perguntam, por estudar ciência política, qual seria o melhor significado para a palavra "política". Explicar política em uma só frase até seria possível, mas não seria o mais adequado a se fazer. No texto a seguir pretendo dar uma explicação mais resumida do conceito deste termo.
Podemos dizer que política seria um esforço voltado para o coletivo. Tal termo significa tudo o que se refere à cidade, público, social, etc. Ela tem a capacidade de organizar a sociedade através do Estado que exerce o seu poder político, podendo ser vista como um esforço a fim de participar do poder ou influenciar a divisão do poder.
A política pode ser vista de três diferentes formas. O primeiro conceito, chamado "policy", é o conceito da política como a ação do governo. O segundo, "politics", é a política de estratégias, que pode ser encontrada em empresas, em determinados grupos sociais e até mesmo dentro da família. E o terceiro conceito é a "polity", que refere-se à política como sistema político. Embora no Brasil utilizemos apenas a palavra "política", os três conceitos acima existem.
Percebe-se então que este termo inclui vários significados, mas de modo geral sempre estará relacionado com a posse, revisão e divisão do poder, com o fim de organizar a sociedade.
What is "Política" (in Portuguese)?
Many people
ask me, since I study Political Science, which would be the best meaning for the
word "política" (in Portuguese). Explain “política” in one sentence
it would even be possible but is not the most appropriate thing to do. In the
following I intend to give a more brief explanation of the concept of this
term.
We can say
that “política” would be geared to the collective effort. This term means all
that refers to the city, public, social, etc. It has the ability to organize
society through the State exercising its political power, can be seen as an
effort to participate in the power or influence the division of power.
The policy
can be seen in three different ways. The first concept, called
"policy" is the concept of policy as government action. The second,
"politics" is the policy of strategies that can be found in companies
in certain social groups and even within the family.The third concept is the
"polity", which refers to the policy as a political system. While in
Brazil we use only the word "política", there are those three existing
concepts.
It can be
seen that this term includes several meanings, but in general will always be
related to the possession, review and distribution of power, in order to
organize society.
